 Abersoch Quality Homes is a holiday letting agency with a difference, based in Abersoch and it’s surrounding area, founded by Debra Elvins, originally from South West Birmingham.
Debra used to come to Abersoch for holidays and to enjoy all its attractions. For many years Debra rented different properties in the area but always thought there was not a consistency from letting agents to offer comfortable, affordable and sometimes clean quality holiday homes.
When Debra moved to the area permanently with her family in 2000 she set upon a plan to rectify this “hole in the market”, with Debra’s experience in the private hospital sector and her organising skills and her considerable knowledge of Abersoch and it’s surrounding area, she set upon a project to start a new unique company in the holiday home rental sector.
Debra is passionate about her business and her vision is to have a list of homes available to clients that have been personally inspected by herself, with great emphasis on cleanliness and to have satisfaction from all of her customers. She also wants to offer the property owner a complete package of renting the property, cleaning and caretaking. This will enable Debra to offer clean, quality homes to holiday makers but also give the property owner a trouble free rental income.
Debra says “this type of service has never been offered in this area before but I feel it will benefit both sides of the holiday rental industry, I will be able to offer the home owner my cleaners and I will know the property will be clean and comfortable for the client. I do not believe in having any fancy web sites with adverts, my main concern is to enable prospective customers to navigate my site with ease and to know my availability calendars are true and up to date. My goal is for people to have a happy and memorable holiday and return to Abersoch again and again.
