Accommodation: Door into conservatory with table, chairs and washing machine.  Door off into  fully kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven with hob and grill. Lovely cosy lounge with open fire, storage heater, L shaped comfortable seating, coffee table, TV, DVD, play station and stereo through television. The crog loft bedroom is accessible from the lounge,  with sky light and two single low beds (not suitable for children under 12 years of age). BEDROOM 1  Double with storage heater, pine wardrobes and chest of draws.  BEDROOM 2 Bunk beds with built in wardrobe. BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink and toilet. A travel cot and high chair is provided for small children.  OUTSIDE: Patio area with table, chairs and BBQ.

FAMILIES ONLY. NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

Please note: There is a fuel charge of £20 per week from the beginning of September to the end of March.

Abersoch village is just a short walk, including the yacht club, golf course, and boat launching on the main Abersoch beach.
