KITCHEN modern fitted with electric cooker, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and all other kitchen amenities.

BEDROOM 1 Twin room with bedside cabinet, lamp, chest draws, wardrobe, sink with mirror over.  Storage heater.  Sea views over Abersoch Harbour.

BEDROOM 2 Twin room with bedside cabinet, lamp, chest draws, wardrobe with draws under, pine mirror and window seat.  Views over Abersoch Harbour.

BEDROOM 3 Single room with bedside cabinet, lamp, wardrobe and mirror.

BEDROOM 4 Double room with bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest draws with vanity mirror, chair and storage heater.

BATHROOM with bath, shower over, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror.  Separate toilet.

FAMILIES / COUPLES ONLY / NO SMOKING / NO PETS

OUTSIDE small patio area with table and chairs, private garden opposite with picnic bench, lovely views over Harbour beach and private access directly to the beach.  Outside toilet.  Shed housing BBQ.

PARKING private parking space for one car next to Glan Y Don Bach, further on road parking opposite.

Please note: There is a fuel charge of £20 per week from the beginning of September to end March.
