Contact us by phone or email with your choice of property and dates, you can check availability on calendars of each property, (blue available / white not available). The calendars are 99% up to date and adjusted on a daily basis.
When a property and date has been clarified with Abersoch Quality Homes, then a non-refundable deposit of 18% of the rent is required, plus a non-refundable booking fee of £20
Ways Of Payment:
CHEQUE, where there is a time limit of 3 working days allowed for the cheque to arrive payable to “Abersoch Quality Homes”. After this, the provisional booking is cancelled.
DEBIT / CREDIT card. Please note there will be a charge of 1.5% for credit card use. Our credit card processing complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
The remainder of the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival with also a security deposit of £200 of which is totally refundable if property is left as found.
When final balance is received you will then receive instructions for key arrangements, directions and other useful information. You will receive information two to three weeks before arrival.
